He honed his skills during a 16-year tenure at Tiffin Motorhomes, where he helped manage their paint shop. For the last 10 of those years at Tiffin, he served as one of their lead paint technicians, working directly with the paint company. A devoted father of two and grandfather of two, Ricky is a man of faith who runs his business according to the Golden Rule, treating every customer with the respect and fairness they deserve.
